What this app collects and where it goes.
To place an order we need your name, phone number and email address. If a store offers delivery, we also need the delivery address you choose.
If you sign in, your Martino'z account holds your contact details, saved addresses, order history and points balance for the stores you order from.
Ordering is powered by SIPO, the point-of-sale platform Martino'z uses. Your order and contact details are sent to SIPO and to the store making your food, so the kitchen can prepare and hand over your order.
Card payments are handled by the payment provider the store has configured. Card numbers are never entered into or stored by this app.
Your selected store, order time, cart, favourites and app preferences (notifications, haptics) are stored on your device only. Clearing the app's data removes them.
You can edit or remove your details from Account, and delete your account entirely from the same screen. Guest ordering is always available if you would rather not create an account.
